Qualifications

• Associate degree or coursework/training in medical laboratory technology.
• Military MLT training program or equivalent.
• National Medical Laboratory Technician certification (ASCP/AMT or ABA) upon hire.
• Within 90 days of hire: Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform and evaluate laboratory testing; lead day-to-day lab work.
• Supply inventory and maintain reagents/equipment.
• Establish and maintain communications with physicians, patients and staff.
