Job summary

mycts is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Assistant to support testing workflows, maintain accurate records, and ensure quality service. The role covers receiving, accessioning, data entry, and routine specimen handling in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CLA levels II-IV require demonstrated competency and experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in compliance with SOPs and regulations, with management notified of issues.
• Maintains records, data entry, and confidentiality for donor, patient and staff.
• Packs, ships supplies, maintains inventory, and keeps equipment and areas clean.
• Unpacks and processes samples, accessioning, and supports testing workflows.
• Resolves routine issues; assists with workflow coordination and quality improvements.
