Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory technicians and scientists in prep and processing of specimens.
• Maintain compliance with CLIA, CAP, OSHA, TJC, and other regulators.
• Answer phones and facilitate communication within the laboratory and with providers.
• Handle pneumatic tube system and manage specimen receiving and processing.
• Support billing functions and ensure accurate recording of actions.
• Document corrective actions and issues affecting test performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
