The role requires a Bachelor's degree with relevant science coursework and completion of an NAACLS MLS/MT program or ASCP with two years of laboratory experience. Certification from ASCP/NCA/AMT/HEW or an equivalent agency is required within 180 days of hire; employees may benefit from a comprehensive benefits package and a 40-hour work week schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with coursework in biological science, chemistry and mathematics.
• Successful completion of a NAACLS-accredited MLS/MT program or ASCP with two years of full-time lab experience.
• Certification by ASCP, NCA, AMT, HEW or equivalent is required; hires before Jan 1, 2020 exempt but must certify within 180 days of hire.
