Job summary

Benefis Health System in Montana seeks a Clinical Laboratory Scientist to perform highly complex laboratory tests across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood banking. You will maintain quality systems, mentor new staff, and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.

Montana licensure is required, and one year of experience with complex methods is preferred. The role requires accuracy under pressure and adherence to all policies.

Qualifications

• Registration/licensure in Montana as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist is required.
• One year of experience with highly complex laboratory methods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain specimens for laboratory testing and perform highly complex tests on hematology, chemistry, microbiology, or blood banking instruments.
• Maintain competency in quality systems and participate in orientation/evaluation of new personnel.
• Communicate effectively with team members and adapt to changing deadlines and priorities.
• Work with minimal supervision while ensuring adherence to all regulations and policies.
