Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret patient needs across ages; ensure appropriate care.
• Perform waived, moderately complex, and highly complex testing accurately and expediently.
• Log daily quality control within limits; document corrective actions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, calibration, verification, and repairs of instrumentation.
• Report abnormal findings to physicians, nursing staff, and pathologists.
• Supervise lab procedures and test reporting in the absence of leadership.
• Maintain regular on-site attendance and punctuality.
