Qualifications

• Four (4) years’ experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist in a Clinical Lab setting.
• Must hold a Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License.
• Ability to work individually and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and reporting results according to protocol.
• Oversee specimen processing and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and perform quality control procedures.

Skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related science

Completion of a one-year Clinical Laboratory Scientist training program approved by the California Department of Public Health
