Job summary

UHS is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist to perform laboratory testing under the direction of the Department Manager and/or Supervisor, following the Hospital’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, California State License for CLS or Clinical Laboratory Microbiologist, and 1 year experience is preferred but not required. Competitive benefits and career development opportunities within UHS and its 300+ subsidiaries.

Under the direction of the Department Manager and/or Supervisor, the CLS is responsible to perform laboratory testing following the policies and procedures of the Laboratory Department and the hospital.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a Medical Technologist is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology.
• California State License for Clinical Laboratory Scientist or Clinical Laboratory Microbiologist required.
