Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist-BB at Riddle Hospital for the Evening Shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM). You will perform complex tests across chemistry, biology, hematology, immunology, microscopy and bacteriology, with a focus on Blood Bank work to support accurate patient diagnoses.

This role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus and tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 per year to aid your professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have skills to perform procedures contained in the laboratory procedure manual, including specimen processing, test performance and reporting test results.
• Demonstrated communication, organization, and prioritization skills required.
• Previous laboratory computer system experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic and bacteriological testing.
• Support detection, diagnosis, and treatment of disease through lab results.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and report results.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient care.

Position:

Clinical Laboratory Scientist- Evening Shift- 2:30 to 11:00, one weekend a month (Saturday and Sunday) and one summer /one winter holiday.

Experience:
