Norman Regional Health System laboratory is seeking a dedicated professional for a Regular Full Time role in Oklahoma City. You will maintain instrumentation and the work area, ensure quality control and calibration, and contribute to staff training and competency assessments.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with MT/ASCP certification or equivalent and compliance with the Clinical Laboratory Act of 1988.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree and Medical Technology (MT) certification with American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent.
• Must meet the minimum requirements of the Clinical Laboratory Act of 1988.

Experience

• Four (4) years of laboratory experience as an MLT/HT (internal CLS2); OR Two (2) years of laboratory experience as a MT/HTL (internal CLS3)

(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)

Licensure/Certification

• Registered with ASCP (or eligible for registry) as a Medical Technologist or equivalent

Compensation/Benefits

• $26.77-$43.71/hr depending on previous experience
