Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field required.
• MLS or ASCP certification required.
• At least 5 years of lab experience and prior leadership in a lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Improve and monitor quality metrics in the clinical lab.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, onboarding and budgeting.
• Evaluate staff performance with leadership input.
• Coordinate regional lab committees and implement new procedures.
• Monitor expenses and participate in forecast and capital planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
