BillionToOne Inc. in the Bay Area seeks a Clinical Laboratory Associate (CLA) to support prenatal and oncology testing. The onsite role at Union City or Menlo Park handles specimen receipt, accessioning, and QA, with growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in biology or related life sciences field.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to multitask and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Perform specimen receipt and accessioning according to SOPs.
• Perform isolation procedures per SOPs to CLA responsibilities.
• Maintain equipment according to SOPs.
• Clean labware, equipment, and benches.
• Prepare documents and binders for records.
• Document corrective actions when tests deviate.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Prepare reagents for laboratory prep.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and non-lab personnel.
• Report safety concerns to leadership.
• Assist in inspection preparation activities.
• Review controlled documents as assigned.
• Train new accessioning personnel on procedures.
• Participate in projects for sample receipt improvements.
