BillionToOne is seeking a driven Clinical Laboratory Scientist (California CLS license) for our Northstar team in a high-growth, CLIA setting. This onsite role supports end-to-end processing of cancer blood samples with a focus on accuracy, quality control, and instrument verification.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in the chemical, physical or biological sciences.
• 1-2 years of CLS experience in a clinical setting.
• Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License per CLIA requirements (ASCP/CGMBS/generalist ok).
• Hands-on training with manual molecular biology protocols including DNA extraction and PCR.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Docs, Word, Excel, statistics; familiarity with LIMS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under timeframes.
• Self-starter and team player with excellent verbal and written skills.

• Performs quality control studies to ensure data accuracy.
• Verifies instrument performance and documents data.
