Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Biomedical Laboratory Science or related field preferred.
• At least one year of Guardant Health Clinical Laboratory experience or equivalent high‑complexity lab experience preferred.
• Strong computing skills and good documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the Clinical Laboratory and assist CLS during patient testing.
• Coordinate tasks, workload, and equipment use with the CLA team.
• Assist with automated sample processing and other support functions.
• Prepare reagents, order stock, and maintain laboratory records.
• Ensure calibration, labeling, and storage compliance for samples and equipment.
• Assist with internal audits and inspection preparation.
