Natera is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Associate in California to analyze patient samples using standard methods and maintain equipment in good operating condition. You will troubleshoot malfunctions and ensure GLP compliance while handling PHI securely.
The role requires up-to-date knowledge of laboratory methods, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Training, HIPAA/PHI privacy, and security courses are mandatory within 30 days of hire.

This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of the base pay we reasonably expect to offer at the time of hire. Final compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and skills considerations.
This position is also eligible for additional compensation and benefits through Natera’s robust Total Rewards program, including:
$28.80—$36.01 USD
