Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is hiring an experienced Phlebotomist-Clinical Lab Assistant for a full-time day shift as an in-office phlebotomist (IOP) serving the Hampton Roads area. Offices are located in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton, and Newport News.

Duties include performing patient phlebotomy with top-tier customer service, collecting, labeling and processing specimens, registration and data entry, and monitoring supply levels.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equivalent (required)
• Phlebotomy course (preferred)
• Phlebotomy certification (Preferred)
• BLS required within 60 days of hire
• 1 year of experience (required)
