Responsibilities & Requirements
Job Responsibilities
  • Performs pre-analytic processing of specimens, including collection, accessioning, labeling, and distribution of specimens such as blood samples via venipuncture and capillary puncture.
  • Instructs patients on urine sample collection and tolerance tests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience preferred and/or graduation from a phlebotomy program.
