Job Responsibilities:

1. Performs pre-analytic processing of specimens, including collection, accessioning, labeling, and distribution of specimens such as blood samples via venipuncture and capillary puncture in all patient areas.
2. Instructs patients on the collection of urine samples and tolerance tests across all patient areas.
3. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of experience preferred or graduation from a phlebotomy training program.
