The role requires strong technical capability, strict adherence to safety and security standards, and effective collaboration with Service Desk and IT teams to maintain uptime for patient care and operations.

Qualifications

• Requires strong technical capability and strict adherence to healthcare safety, access, and security standards.
• Ability to work Business Hours with on-call rotations.
• Experience with hardware/endpoint support desirable.

Responsibilities

• Onsite Deskside & Field Incident Resolution for escalated Service Desk tickets.
• Provide in-person support for clinicians, researchers, and corporate staff.
• Resolve hardware, OS, and peripheral issues that cannot be remediated remotely.
• Ensure minimal downtime for users performing patient care or time-critical tasks.
• Restore operational capability with speed and accuracy while maintaining safety.
