Job summary

Endpoint, a life sciences IRT solutions provider, seeks a Business Solutions Architect to create and manage requirements and technical documentation for IRT projects. You will work with clients, Project Managers, and technical teams to ensure systems meet protocol needs and are kept up-to-date across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years as a software business analyst, strong IRT experience, and comfort with SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2-4 years’ experience as a software business analyst.
• 2-4 years of mandatory IRT experience.
• Experience delivering voice (IVR), web (IWR) and mobile (IMR) platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define and document initial system requirements and enhancements.
• Act as subject matter expert on client clinical study protocol for moderate to high complexity studies.
• Author specifications for IRT, randomization and kit lists, and interfaces.
• Build partnerships with internal teams to move projects through development stages.
• Support UAT setup and execution.
• Continuously learn about the company platform and offerings.
