Desert Parkway is seeking an IOP Clinician to provide direct mental health support to individuals in the community. Responsibilities include facilitating group therapy, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, and creating master treatment plans with ongoing updates.

You will handle crisis intervention, safety planning, and de-escalation, while collaborating with referrals, court/hospital teams, and ensuring compliant EHR documentation. Schedule: Mon-Wed 12:00pm–8:30pm.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling or related behavioral health field is required.
• Active Nevada state license (LCSW/LMFT/LADC/LCPC or Board Approved Internship) required.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience in diagnosis, psychotherapy and assessment-based treatment planning preferred.
• Experience facilitating clinical processing and psychoeducational groups.
• Experience with therapeutic limit-setting or level systems or other behavior management modalities helpful.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).

• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in the EHR in accordance with regulatory and payer standards.
• Complete all reports for suspected abuse as legally mandated and consistently informs supervisor.
• Create appropriate discharge plans as needed for the patient’s discharge.

• Schedule is Monday - Wednesday from 12:00pm - 8:30pm

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW), Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field required.
• Active, unencumbered Nevada State license required (LCSW, LMFT, LADC, LCPC or Board Approved Internship) required.
• Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience in diagnosis, psychotherapy and assessment-based treatment planning preferred.
• Experience facilitating clinical processing and psychoeducational groups.
• Experience with therapeutic limit-setting or an understanding of level systems or other behavior management modalities helpful.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
