Position Description

The instructional faculty will deliver curriculum in their area of expertise, collaborating with a team of experienced educators to prepare students for clinical practice in diverse settings. This position reports to the Program Director and emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion in its policies and practices.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a medical or related field applicable to PA practice.
  • Eligibility for CA state licensure and current NCCPA certification.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior teaching experience.
  • Six months of experience in the discipline.
  • Teamwork skills and experience with diverse populations.
  • Commitment to social justice, equity, and inclusion.

Physical Requirements

Sufficient motor and sensory functions to perform patient care movements. The position is per diem, up to 1 day per week, 48 weeks per year.


Compensation

$55.00 - $65.00 per hour, based on responsibilities and qualifications.
