Job summary

Prosperity Training Center Butte in Billings, MT is seeking an Instructor to provide hands-on training and supervision in accordance with Montana NATP requirements. The program combines online didactics with in-person labs and clinical instruction at an approved facility.

Qualified candidates hold an active Montana LPN license with at least 2 years of nursing experience (1 year in a nursing home). Supervision of CNAs is preferred and a professional, confidential approach is essential.

Job Description:

Under the direction of the Administrator and supervision of the NATP Program Coordinator, the Instructor will provide hands-on training and supervision in accordance with Montana state NATP requirements.

Students complete the didactic (online) portion of the course remotely and require in-person lab and clinical instruction at an approved healthcare facility.

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in Montana
• Minimum of 2 year nursing experience with 1 year in a nursing home is required
• Experience in supervising certified nursing assistants is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
