Job summary

Prosperity Training Center is seeking an instructor for the NATP program, delivering hands-on lab and clinical instruction in accordance with Montana NATP requirements.

In this role you will supervise students during clinical rotations, evaluate competencies, and ensure accurate documentation while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Montana RN or LPN license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a long-term care facility.
• Experience supervising certified nursing assistants.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Description

Under the direction of the Administrator and supervision of the NATP Program Coordinator, the Instructor will provide hands-on training and supervision in accordance with Montana state NATP requirements.

Students complete the didactic (online) portion of the course remotely and require in-person lab and clinical instruction at an approved healthcare facility.

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Montana

Minimum of 2 year nursing experience and 1 year is required to be worked in a long term care facility.

Experience in supervising certified nursing assistants

Strong communication and organizational skills

Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
