UCHealth is seeking a Pharmacist Clinical Inpatient for UCHealth Greeley Hospital in Greeley, CO. This onsite role covers shifts at Loveland and Fort Collins facilities as a regional float, with a full-time schedule and 64 hours per pay period.

The pay range is $59.80–$83.72 per hour, dependent on experience. The role requires a Bachelor's in Pharmacy, CO licensure, and relevant life support certifications.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
• CO State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification and/or relevant licensure/certification as determined at position level.

Mansioni

• Ensure medications are prescribed, accurately dispensed, and administered according to best practices.
• Provide drug information and counseling to patients and caregivers regarding medication use, accurate dosage, potential side effects, and administration instructions.
• Stay current with updated medication formularies, new drug therapies, treatment protocols, and emerging medical research through continuous professional development and clinical education.
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate collaborative care to ensure optimal outcomes.
