LifeWorks Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Clinic Infusion Nurse to join our healthcare team in Florida. The role focuses on IV infusions, patient assessments, and collaboration with care teams to ensure high-quality, compliant care.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with IV therapy experience and phlebotomy skills, plus knowledge of ICD coding and EHR systems. A no-weekend, set schedule with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• IV infusion therapy experience is required; familiarity with acute pain management is preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Background in critical care, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine is advantageous.
• Knowledge of ICD terminology and medical documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusions and monitor patients for adverse reactions or complications.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinic Infusion Nurse to join our healthcare team. This role is vital in providing high-quality patient care, particularly in administering IV infusions and managing complex patient needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in various nursing settings, including critical care and outpatient environments, and possess a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Assist with phlebotomyas needed.

Education/Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience in IV infusion therapy is required; familiarity with acute pain management is preferred.

• Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), and medical documentation practices.
• Proficiency with EHR systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations, including those with developmental disabilities or geriatric needs.
• Experience in various nursing settings such as long-term care, home health, hospice & palliative medicine, or outpatient clinics is beneficial.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required depending on the setting.
