Rosaires Care is seeking an RN who bridges clinical practice with health IT to design, test, and optimize user-friendly tools for clinicians and care-related entrepreneurs. The role focuses on care delivery and operations within digital health workflows.

You will translate bedside experience into efficient digital processes, participate in user research, and guide EHR-related integrations while supporting the rollout of clinical and operational technology improvements.

Formación

• RN with clinical workflow knowledge and ability to improve digital health tools.

Qualifications & skills

RN experience with strong clinical workflow knowledge, ability to evaluate and improve digital health tools, comfort working with health IT/EHR integration concepts, and strong collaboration and communication skills in a growth-focused environment.
