Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field.
• Minimum of two years in healthcare information systems implementation, support, and optimization.
• Experience with EHR data, reporting tools, and data governance.
• Understanding HIT interoperability, security, and usability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret EHR data to develop reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with providers to identify quality improvement opportunities.
• Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HIT systems.
• Develop dashboards and data-tracking tools to support goals.
• Monitor data integrity and security within HIT systems.
• Provide training on EHR systems and reporting tools.
• Facilitate informatics needs and system improvements with stakeholders.
• Create SOPs and documentation for clinical informatics processes.
• Assist leadership with data-driven decision making and program evaluation.
• Support telehealth and other healthcare technology initiatives.
