Clinical Informatics Analyst (Data Analyst Experience) - REMOTE

Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Informatics for Analytics & Interfaces, the Clinical Informatics Data Analyst is responsible for developing, designing, and maintaining critical business reports from multiple data sources. The role involves supporting the Care Connections team by extracting, validating, and analyzing data to monitor department initiatives. Additionally, the analyst will participate in planning, developing, and implementing upgrades for Epic, the electronic medical record system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports to support decision-making
• Manage internal and external data load processes
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues
• Utilize BI tools to support strategic initiatives
• Ensure data integrity and seamless Epic integration
• Perform ad hoc data analyses for inquiries and anomalies
• Integrate external data sources and identify automation opportunities
• Provide comprehensive data insights to decision-makers
• Maintain code using Azure DevOps
• Meet departmental and individual performance goals
• Document all responsibilities thoroughly
• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with SSRS and Power BI reporting
• Experience with Databricks and ETL/ELT tools (SSIS, Azure Data Factory)
