As a Consulting Clinical Info Systems Analyst, you will embark on a dynamic journey of shaping the future of healthcare technology. This exciting role is a unique blend of healthcare and technology, where you will use your expertise to consult on, analyze, and improve clinical information systems. You will be at the forefront of ensuring that our systems are efficient, innovative, and compliant with regulatory standards. This role requires a deep understanding of MACS, Documentation, regulatory-compliant documentation, and clinical workflows. In this position, you will be instrumental in enhancing patient care through the optimization of clinical systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical information systems including MACS, providing consultation and guidance to clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze, design, and optimize clinical workflows, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and quality of patient care.
• Develop, review, and maintain regulatory-compliant documentation to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system enhancements, facilitate their implementation, and provide ongoing support.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of clinical information systems, proposing solutions to mitigate identified risks.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring maximum system utilization and user competence.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in healthcare technology, incorporating relevant innovations into system design and processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical information systems analysis, preferably in a consulting role.
• Proficiency in MACS and knowledge of clinical workflows.
• Proven experience in creating and managing regulatory-compliant documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify system inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Health Information Management or related field would be a plus.
