What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate post-sale customer education and training initiatives for hospital products
- Act as a clinical and technical expert for ZOLL hospital products, discussing the chain of resuscitation
- Plan, develop, and execute educational and training events in customer accounts
- Build and maintain deep, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage product utilization
- Participate in quality improvement processes and support sales team initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree BA or BS preferred
- RN, Paramedic, or RT with 5+ years of experience required
- AHA Instructor - BLS/ACLS/PALS preferred
- Ability to effectively educate clinical personnel and facilitate training programs
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and technology integration
