• Clinical Imaging – Cardiology PACS AnalystManage assigned projects and time effectively.
• Participate in project calls and provide updates.
• Perform system testing and document results.
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation.
• Provide go-live and post-go-live support.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Cardiology PACS systems.
• Ensure timely resolution of escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementations.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of experience in clinical imaging, specifically in Cardiology PACS.
• Experience with systems such as Merge Cardio, Change CPACS, Merge Hemo.
• Strong healthcare background.
• Familiarity with testing, documentation, and support processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and dedicate full-time focus to the project.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Experience working in remote and hybrid project environments.

Work Environment:

• Primarily remote.
• Occasional onsite presence required for go-live events or specific project tasks.
