Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC systems including rooftop units and air-handling equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance (filters, belts, coil cleaning, inspections).
• Operate and maintain high-pressure steam boilers that support facility operations.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and inspections for facility equipment.
• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors for repairs and service requests.
• Support building security and access control systems and on-call coverage.
