Job details:

The UCSF Division of Hospital Medicine at UCSF Health is seeking applicants for clinical-focus hospitalist positions. Our goal is to provide faculty members with clinical experiences that match their interests. Faculty positions include clinical experiences on the direct care, consult, comanagement, and ED triage services at UCSF Health clinical sites (Parnassus, Mission Bay, Mount Zion, and UCSF at St. Mary's Hospital). This position includes daytime, nighttime, and swing shifts.


To best meet the needs of our diverse patient population, trainees, and the city of San Francisco, the Division of Hospital Medicine is seeking applicants who demonstrate a unique contribution and commitment to diversity. Candidates must possess an MD, DO, or equivalent degree, be board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and be eligible for licensure in the State of California at the time of hire.

The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5. The minimum base salary range for this position is $110,500-$333,700. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
