J.S. Held in the United States is seeking a Clinical Health Scientist to join our Environmental Health & Safety team.

This is a part-time, as-needed hourly remote role ideal for professionals with clinical experience who can apply scientific analysis to complex health questions. You will work with physician consultants and senior project managers on matters involving pharmaceuticals, infectious diseases, and environmental exposures.

Qualifications

• RN or Physician Assistant license required.

Responsabilités

• Support projects under the guidance of a Physician Consultant and a Senior Project Manager.
• Collaborate to apply medical and scientific principles to address issues relating to human health.
• Research, evaluate, and summarize medical and scientific literature and data.
• Contribute to, and where appropriate, lead the preparation of scientific reports, presentations, and manuscripts.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively while demonstrating analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Communicate complex medical and scientific information clearly through writing and speaking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Job Description

This is a part-time, as-needed hourly. This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Clinical Health Scientist to join our Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) team. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial and highly motivated professional who combines hands-on clinical experience with strong scientific, analytical, and consulting skills.

Working alongside physician consultants and senior project managers, you will apply your clinical and scientific knowledge to complex questions involving human health. Our experts advise a diverse client base, including legal and insurance firms, on matters involving pharmaceuticals, drugs of abuse, infectious diseases, and environmental and occupational exposures.

This early to mid-career level clinical health scientist performs professional medical-related consulting services for a wide range of clients, including legal and insurance firms. The work requires a professional knowledge of medical and scientific principles and methods applied in a clinical setting. We are seeking a candidate with a Registered Nurse or Physician's Assistant license. A minimum of 3 years clinical experience in a clinic or hospital is required.

Job Responsibilities

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $85 per hour. The base salary offered will vary depending on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, training, location, and the scope of the role.
