Clinical Health Psychologist
The Cerebrovascular Center within the Neurological Institute at Cleveland Clinic is recruiting a Clinical Health Psychologist to provide cognitive-behavioral treatments and brief psychotherapy to patients with cerebrovascular disorders, including ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke. The role involves collaborating within a multidisciplinary team of vascular neurologists, neurosurgeons, interventional neurologists, neuroradiologists, advanced practice providers, and other medical professionals in inpatient and outpatient settings.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in cognitive-behavioral interventions and integrative health psychology modalities, with experience treating mood, anxiety, adjustment, and neurobehavioral disorders. Experience with patients having co-morbid disabilities and neurological conditions is preferred.
