Formación

Sterile technique and ICU care experience.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsabilidades

Verify two patient identifiers before every draw, scan, and medication pass.
Reconcile the contract schedule against staffing and adjust assignments to keep ratios safe.
Apply RN License and pediatric care interventions while monitoring side effects.
Lead Blood Draw education days and translate clinical guidance for patients.
Stock the crash cart and verify expiration dates so nothing fails when seconds count.
Handover at shift change using SBAR to prevent gaps for the incoming Health Information Technician.
Log Continuous Learning readings into the NY registry for continuity of care.
Monitor and replenish clinical supplies and medication stock.
