Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH is seeking a licensed clinician to lead group therapy and psychoeducation within our residential treatment program. You will collaborate with clinical staff to support clients’ coping skills and recovery goals.

The Dublin facility offers detox and inpatient rehab on 11 expansive acres, with a compassionate team focused on dignity and evidence-based practices. A generous benefits package awaits eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Minimum one year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• Valid licensure to practice as a clinician in this state.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group therapy, psychoeducation, and process groups tailored to client needs.
• Assist clients in developing healthy coping skills and recovery tools.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to monitor client progress and challenges.
• Escalate significant client concerns to the Clinical Director.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all group sessions and charting.
