Job summary

Elior is seeking a Registered Dietitian to support nutritious, high-quality dining programs across education, healthcare, and senior living accounts. You will assess client and guest nutritional needs, develop menus that meet clinical guidelines and regulations, and collaborate with culinary teams to ensure appealing, culturally sensitive meals.

You’ll provide nutrition counseling, maintain documentation for regulatory compliance, and train staff.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD) with licensure appropriate for the state(s) of practice.
• Experience applying clinical guidelines and regulations in meal planning.
• Ability to design menus across education, healthcare, and senior living settings.
