RX Medical is seeking a motivated Clinical Associate to join the Pain Division in an entry-level field role designed to build clinical knowledge, customer relationships, and a foundation in the medical device industry.

The position involves extensive time in physician clinics across Oklahoma, supporting chronic pain workflows and PNS, with collaboration among RX Medical, Curonix, and regional leadership to educate clinics and coordinate patient progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• No prior medical device experience required; entry-level development role.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and comfort interacting with healthcare professionals and patients in a professional clinical setting.
• High level of organization, follow-through, curiosity, coachability, and personal accountability.
• Ability to learn clinical concepts, medical terminology, technology, and structured patient-care workflows.
• Comfort working independently in the field while remaining closely aligned with leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the state of Oklahoma as business needs require.
• Ability to comply with customer credentialing, privacy, compliance, safety, and facility requirements applicable to the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop consistent, professional relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, referral coordinators, schedulers, office managers, and other clinic stakeholders across Oklahoma.
• Spend significant field time in customer clinics supporting chronic pain workflows, with emphasis on peripheral nerve stimulation (PNS).
• Partner with Curonix Clinical Manager and RX Medical Pain leadership to support clinic education, patient identification processes, referral development, scheduling, and continuity of patient progression.
• Help clinic teams understand and consistently use established patient-selection algorithms, referral pathways, documentation expectations, and treatment workflows while remaining within policy.
