AnthroMed Education is hiring a new graduate Speech‑Language Pathologist for a Clinical Fellowship role in a school setting for the 2026-2027 school year in Hampstead, Maryland. Our structured CF program is designed to help you build confidence, develop strong clinical skills, and successfully transition into a school‑based SLP career with the mentorship and support you need every step of the way.

We’ve supported more than 50 Clinical Fellows, and 100% have successfully earned their CCC‑SLP.

What You’ll Do

• Provide speech‑language therapy services to students in a school‑based setting
• Complete speech and language evaluations and contribute to IEP development
• Deliver individual and small‑group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and families
• Support students with a variety of communication needs, including articulation, language, AAC, fluency, and social communication
• Participate in team meetings and receive ongoing clinical feedback throughout your Clinical Fellowship

Salary: $65,000-$68,000 annually (based on experience)
