AnthroMed Education is seeking a passionate and motivated Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CF) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Odessa, Delaware for the 2026–2027 school year.

This position supports both kindergarten and middle school students on a shared campus and offers an excellent opportunity for a new graduate seeking mentorship, collaboration, and hands‑on school-based experience during their Clinical Fellowship Year.

You’ll join a highly supportive educational team with access to strong clinical collaboration, AAC resources, and experienced professionals committed to helping early-career SLPs grow and succeed.

At AnthroMed Education, we understand that your CF year is the foundation of your career. Our Clinical Fellowship program is designed to provide the support, guidance, and mentorship you need to build confidence and thrive as a school‑based clinician.

• Full‑Time, Onsite Position
• 2026–2027 School Year
• Approximately 35 hours per week
• Shared campus serving kindergarten and middle school students

Caseload & Responsibilities

The selected SLP‑CF will support approximately 45 students with a variety of communication disorders in a traditional blended caseload setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct speech‑language therapy services
• Conducting evaluations and writing reports
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and educators
• Participating in IEP meetings and documentation
• Supporting students across academic and social communication needs

This opportunity offers a manageable caseload designed to support early‑career clinicians during their Clinical Fellowship Year.
