Achieve Beyond seeks a Clinical Fellow to join our Hudson Valley team, delivering pediatric speech therapy across homes, clinics, and community settings. You will work with children birth to 3 years and educate families to support intervention carry-over.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Praxis eligibility, and a collaborative, patient-centric approach. Travel to client sites in Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess counties is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Passing score on the Praxis is required.
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.
• Must be self-motivated, a team player, and patient/professional.

Aufgaben

• Provide speech therapy to children birth to 3 years in their natural environments.
• Educate families on intervention strategies to support carry-over.
• Deliver services in homes, family day cares, daycare centers, and community settings.
• Follow ISP, plan ongoing treatment, and interpret goals for parents.
