Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in Special Education or Student Services.
• Experience designing and implementing behavior and clinical interventions.
• Understanding of DESE-mandated restraint training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff to develop programs for students' needs.
• Collect and assess student data for evaluations.
• Provide crisis support and interventions as needed.

Skills

Certification in the appropriate area by MA Department of Education

Strong communication skills

Experience with community mental health agencies

Education

Master’s Degree in relevant field

Licensed Mental Health Counselor or LICSW preferred
