Job summary

Sentara Therapy Center Marina Shores in Virginia Beach seeks a Clinical Exercise Specialist to provide outpatient rehab therapy. The role involves administering therapy treatments under supervision, supervising client exercise sessions, updating exercise programs, and delivering health education to patients and their families.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field and at least 1 year of clinical experience preferred, with a focus on safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Health Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Recreational Therapy, Physical Education, or Clinical Exercise Physiology.
• 1 year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed leader.
• Supervises and assists clients with daily exercise sessions, ensuring safety.
• Establishes and updates exercise programs to address client needs.
