Job summary

You will administer stress tests, supervise cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation programs, and provide counseling to promote healthier lifestyles while coordinating with physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in exercise science/physiology or related field.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for the healthcare provider.
• ACLS certification required within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administer exercise stress tests for patients with chronic diseases.
• Supervise clinic-based exercise training programs.
• Provide physical activity counseling to promote adherence to healthy lifestyles.
• Obtain medical histories, review medications, assess symptoms, and measure vital signs.
• Interpret ECGs and perform point-of-care assessments.
