Job summary

Local Med Spa and Wellness Practice in Allen, TX is seeking a licensed esthetician for a part-time role on-site. You will perform advanced facial treatments, conduct client consultations, and help drive retention through product recommendations.

A base hourly rate plus commission and bonuses applies, with a Saturday work requirement and 20–30 hours weekly. Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years post-licensure experience, Hydrafacial expertise, and a strong focus on sanitation.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years hands-on, post-licensure experience working on paying clients in a spa/medical setting.
• Day-1 confidence performing independently on advanced facials and device-based treatments.
• Hydrafacial experience on paying clients or able to get up to speed quickly with product training.
• Consistent sanitation discipline and clear description of procedures.
• Part-time availability ~20–30 hours per week, including Saturdays, with potential growth.
• Comfort with a performance-based compensation component tied to service revenue and product sales.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced facial treatments independently: custom and corrective facials, extractions, superficial chemical peels, and device-based treatments.
• Conduct thorough client consultations: skin analysis, treatment planning, and post-care instructions.
• Build client relationships and drive retention through consultative product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, compliant treatment room following TD LR/OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and front desk to keep daily flow smooth and organized.
• Pursue ongoing learning with product and device training to improve results.
