Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited college.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency preferred but not required.
• Hospital clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with state board.
• Preceptor license required upon hire.
• ASHP residency preceptorship required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies.
• Participate in clinical programs and departmental goals.
• Process orders and dispense per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support educational goals of the department.
• Improve pharmacy processes to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
