Job summary

Baptist Health Princeton Hospital is seeking an Equipment and Supply Specialist to assist in distribution, maintenance, tracking, and retrieval of clinical equipment and supplies.

You will maintain supply rooms, track par levels, coordinate with staff and vendors, train new staff, and ensure equipment safety and decontamination. This role offers day-one benefits and a collaborative hospital environment.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a customer service and/or healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with inventory and equipment tracking is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans equipment per low-level disinfection guidelines.
• Maintains supply rooms and controls par levels based on unit needs.
• Keeps track of special orders and reorders as needed.
• Trains new Transport and Equipment and Supply Specialists in department processes.
• Communicates effectively with staff and provides excellent customer service.
