Qualifications

• Education: Masters or Doctoral degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, Biostatistics, or a related field required.
• Experience: Healthcare/hospital setting preferred; experience with EHRs and clinical data systems preferred.
• Certification: CIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports hospital-wide efforts to monitor, investigate, and prevent HAIs, adverse events and safety concerns.
• Collaborates with clinical teams, infection preventionists and quality improvement staff for data-driven decisions.
• Triad partner with System Medical Director of Epidemiology and Manager of Infection Prevention.
